DESCRIPTION
This product is the end vinyl polydimethylsiloxane. it's an excellent and lively intermediate materials. this product except have the methyl silicone oil's common performance(such as :smoothness, limpness, bright, temperature and durability etc. also have below features:
- Two ends of vinyl have very strong reactivity, can have addition reaction with hydrogen silicone when under the action of catalyst .also can participate in a variety of other reactions.
- Has better intermiscibility with organic material compare to methyl silicone oil, easier compatibility with other organic materials.
- For containing lively double bond, easy to have reaction with organic material such as polyurethane, acrylic acid etc.

Usage
- Use as high temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber(HTV) for the production of basic raw material ,to enhance the hardness and strength of silicone rubber.
- For the production of liquid silicone rubber, it's the main material of injection molding silicone rubber.
- This product reaction with organic material such as polyurethane, acrylic acid etc. can produce new material who have preferable performance (weathering resistance, ageing resistance, uvioresistant,reinforcing and toughening etc.)wide usages in the plastic, resin, paint, and coatings modified.
Usageand Dosage
When used as additive or modified the quantity of 10%-20%,when used as base gule the quantity of 50%-100%
Notices
This material have chemistry's lively, should not to mixed with impurities(especially the catalyst),when in use or compatibility of medicines, should be notice if have chemical reaction, prevent degeneration.
Packageand transport
Stored airtight at room temperature in dry shade, not near the fire source, avoid sun exposure, avoid mixing of impurities (especially catalysts, acid substances);
Packed with a 200 kg drum or 50 kg clean polyethylene plastic drum.
